The AI-Powered Hospitality Leader

The AI-Powered Hospitality Leader is a self-paced professional course designed to help current and aspiring hospitality leaders understand how artificial intelligence can strengthen operations, enhance guest experiences, and guide strategic decision-making. Developed by Skills21 at EdAdvance in partnership with Southern Connecticut State University’s Office of Workforce and Lifelong Learning (OWLL), the course combines real-world application with academic expertise. Participants engage with short videos, guided activities, and interactive chatbot tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to explore how AI can support staff, improve workflows, and drive innovation. Along the way, learners gain insight into responsible data management and leadership practices that prepare them to guide digital transformation in their organizations. To support your learning, there will be four optional synchronous Zoom sessions from 10:00-11:30 AM on the following dates: May 13, May 20, May 27, and June 3.
